The Zirlion mechanism prevents salt from slipping through the mill rather than grinding, and the innovative u'Select grind system allows up to six different textures, from fine to coarse. The easy-to-fill glass jar, which screws onto the mill, can be swapped for another containing different salts, making it easy to switch between salts and blends.
